The color purple...

With my hubby a devout Vikings fan, a photo with the color purple was not that hard to find.  This was my favorite...my little man, with his apple in hand picking a flower for his Mommy.  Such a sweet memory of this summer.  One of many.  Head on over to iheartfaces for more on this week's challenge.  Enjoy!

God & Country Day

How awesome is this...we had a wonderful God & Country Day at church; a day we honor the firefighters, police departments and of course military members of our community by celebrating their service and feeding them a meal.  One day is not definitely not enough...Hope everyone had a happy 4th!!!
